Dan lives in Christchurch with his wife and three children.
To understand more about anatomy and physiology, he trained in health sciences and sports medicine.
Dan is truly passionate about what he does and has used this passion to achieve success on the world sporting stage. He brings this same energy to you and your wellness goals.

With more than 25 years knowledge of the health and fitness industry through experience and education, Dan has trained and supported over 5,000 people of all ages, levels of fitness and athletic ability.

Dan understands that balanced health is a more desirable way to achieve optimal health – for life.
This is by living the 80/20 principle. 80% of results will come from healthy, well-balanced nutrition and 20% from physical activity.
Dan firmly believes that living by the 80/20 principle will provide greater mental clarity and mood, sustained energy and reduce the risk of conditions such as heart disease and type two diabetes as well as improving your chances of living a longer healthier life.
