• Badminton – Swift rallies, powerful smashes, and tactical net shots await. Perfect for doubles or singles, badminton is the ideal way to get your heart racing while having a blast.
• Basketball – Shoot some hoops, practice your layups, or join a pick-up game. It's all about fast-paced action and friendly competition. Bring your A-game and make new friends on the court.
• Pickleball – The fastest-growing sport that's fun for all ages. Easy to pick up but tricky to master, pickleball combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong. It’s social, exciting, and seriously addictive. Unsure where to begin? Come along to our beginner sessions at Parakiore every Tuesday from 1.30-2.30pm. See you there!
• Futsal – A fast-paced, indoor version of soccer/football that’s perfect for all skill levels. With a focus on quick passes and close control, Futsal is a great way to have some fun,  boost your fitness and sharpen your skills.
• Adaptive – A disability friendly session which features a range of adapted activities that support participation, confidence and social connection. 

All equipment is provided, so just bring yourself and your energy! Courts are shared, so be ready to mix, mingle, and play with others. Whether you're flying solo or bringing friends, book a sport or drop in  and get yourself in the game.

Whether you're a seasoned pro or just want to try something new, or looking for a bit of lunchtime activity, our courts are open for everyone.
