Gentle Exercise - Seated Strength and Balance is designed to keep you strong, steady, and sharp with a combination of seated and some standing exercises.
This class uses a chair, which can be used throughout the class, and as a prop for standing work. Sitting down and keeping fit sounds as though they wouldn’t go together but they are a great match in this session.
Discover new strength — mostly from your seat, with a little time on your feet.
Perfect for anyone looking for a safe, effective workout that supports mobility and independence. Using light equipment and body weight movements, we’ll build strength, improve posture, and enhance balance in both positions. Gentle yet powerful, this class helps you feel energised and in control. Strong body, strong mind, one move at a time!
