Background
Wan’s fitness journey began as a determined mum aiming to regain her health and strength after gaining over 20kg during both pregnancies. Through consistency and dedication, she returned to her original weight and discovered a deep passion for fitness, turning the gym into her second home.
Her drive led her to compete in bodybuilding competitions and become a certified fitness instructor. Over time, Wan’s philosophy evolved. She believes that strength goes beyond aesthetics, it’s about building resilience at every size, age, and stage of life.
Wan is passionate about helping others build strong, confident bodies in a way that’s both realistic and sustainable. She’s on her own journey and is excited to support others on theirs.
